Easy festive readThis was a nice simple read。 I thought the characters were well written and had personality。 The feeling of family at Christmas time was very well done。 The spice felt misplaced and a bit cringey as it just felt totally different to the rest of the writing but it was still an enjoyable read。

This Christmas novella was absolute perfection。 Y’all already know I love the fake dating trope so much。 This one gave me so many emotions in such a short amount of time and I loved it all。 The banter， the spice， and I love me grumpy bosses。 Jack Sinclair was perfection and the chemistry between him and Presley was amazing。

Another great Christmas novella！ Presley’s CEO billionaire boss invites himself to her hometown for Christmas because he needs to continue his work and can only do it together not remotely however because they are staying with her family they lie about who he is and of course fake date。 This was a cute enemies to lovers， lots of tension， banter and of course some chemistry。 Cute quick read and definitely Christmas filled！！

f: Presley （23）m: Jack （32）（Dual POVs）This is the true definition of hallmark with spice。 I know that comparison is made with a lot of holiday romances lately， but out of all the holiday romances I’ve read， this one is the closest to a hallmark holiday romance （without the PG cleanliness 😏） I’m talking about the light hearted gushy scenes like going ice skating together and they lean in for a kiss after falling down。 And then being interrupted during said kiss by Presley’s family。 These two also f: Presley （23）m: Jack （32）（Dual POVs）This is the true definition of hallmark with spice。 I know that comparison is made with a lot of holiday romances lately， but out of all the holiday romances I’ve read， this one is the closest to a hallmark holiday romance （without the PG cleanliness 😏） I’m talking about the light hearted gushy scenes like going ice skating together and they lean in for a kiss after falling down。 And then being interrupted during said kiss by Presley’s family。 These two also attend a Christmas market and feed each other roasted chestnuts。This one does start off as an enemies to lovers， so it’s not all easy peasy。 Jack is definitely not in the running for best boss。 He even refers to himself as a jackass and an asshole at points throughout the book。 I absolutely loved how Presley did not sit there， tight-lipped， taking Jack’s rudeness。 She was snarky right back to him which made for some nice banter moments。 I thought the conflict was entertaining and asked questions that a skeptical reader might have been wondering。 I was proud of Presley for standing up for herself and not letting Jack’s past indiscretions slide so easily。 She is a woman who knows her worth and she lets him know that she isn’t happy with his selfish actions that have held her back。 In true hallmark fashion， the conflict is resolved so these two lovebirds could celebrate the holiday together。The cover definitely caught my eye for this book and I can’t not mention how adorable it is！ I’m very intrigued and hoping that this author writes each of Presley’s brothers a book！ I wasn’t immediately on board with what they did to Jack but after they explained it， I definitely had a laugh and couldn’t blame them for defending their sister。Favorite Quotes:”I hate to break it to you， but you’d better get over your aversion to me real fast because we’re about to get up close and personal。” He motions to the full-sized bed in the corner。 -JackDuring the time I’ve spent with Presley’s brother’s， I’ve noticed that they haven’t taken a single business call when they’re with their family。 It makes me wonder if my priorities would shift if I had something–or someone – that I cared about to come home to。 -Jack “You have captured my heart piece by piece， weaving your way into my very soul， and before I knew it， you had claimed all of me。” -Jack 。。。more

4。5 stars！ This one was absolutely adorable。 A perfect Christmas love story。 I knew I would love it just from the title because it would be a grumpy/sunshine trope。 We also have fake dating and age gap so it hit all my favourite tropes。 I loved these characters a lot too！ I quickly got invested in both of them so early on。 I just wish it was longer！
